Hi
it’s Shelley
LOVED LOVED LOVED the 100th episode. Just did a quick chat about it on ms-havachat facebook page – she’s still my alter ego, still haven’t fessed up to being her LOL
Nikki, I have never heard about a cook book group like you described and it’s genius!
That got me thinking about another great Aussie group of ladies who are doing amazing things in the kitchen, philanthropically AND globally – the Monday Morning Cooking Club – half a dozen life long friends who sit around sharing recipes handed down from their mothers, grandmothers aunts etc most of which were shared verbally or by osmosis – a pinch of this and a handful of that, cook to taste etc have been tested and tested and there are now 4 fantastic, stunning books sold all over the world (well, in a few countries and online)
it’s about family, history, sharing memories and passing on traditions …………. there may be a podcast topic in it?
hugs
x
